Under the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act (MWOFA) of 1995, Fortune Life offers Compulsory Insurance Coverage for Agency-Hired Migrant Workers to provide insurance protection for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in partnership with AAB Management Service & Insurance Intermediaries, Inc. and Fortune General. 

The coverage must also conform to pertinent Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) rules and regulations and the POEA Standard Terms and Conditions Governing the Overseas Employment of Filipino Seafarers on Board Ocean-Going Ships.
